Synopsis
Der Irland-Krimi is a German crime film series produced by good friends Filmproduktion for ARD Degeto and shot largely in and around Galway on Ireland's west coast. It has run in Das Erste's Thursday crime slot since October 2019, usually two feature-length episodes a year.
Désirée Nosbusch plays Cathrin Blake, a German-born police psychologist living in Ireland whose husband Liam, a police officer, disappeared ten years earlier — a mystery that keeps surfacing through the cases she is called into.
